Ricasoli Garden Relais - Florence

Had an amazing stay! The room was spacious with high ceilings, and the garden was a perfect spot to unwind. A little water from the shower did sneak out onto the floor, but it was minor compared to the comfort and service we experienced. Definitely coming back!

Perfect hotel, it has amazing restaurant and magnificent location close to everything you 'd need. Overall the room is spacious, spotless and includes an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and a personal safe. The staff is very welcoming and nice at all the levels.

The bathroom was lovely, but the Wi-Fi connection was spotty during our trip.

The Beautiful King Suite was spacious with high ceilings and a fabulous tub. Loved the little garden as a peaceful retreat, ideal for enjoying some downtime after exploring the nearby attractions.

Driving through the narrow downtown streets was a bit stressful with all the cars and pedestrians. The air conditioning in our suite was lazy during a rare heat wave. We struggled to get it to kick on, which could've been a total game-changer for comfort.

Great location! Room was spacious and well equipped, loved the jacuzzi. It had an electric kettle and a comfy bed. A nice bathroom. Within walking distance to academia, duomo and had plenty of breakfast spots around. Staff was helpful, too. Pro tip, check out the gelato just across the street!

Being just a short 10-minute stroll from the tram station simplified our journey from the airport, while the nearby gelato shop offered a delicious treat few steps away.
